I stayed here for an overnight trip. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and cozy. The staff was very helpful, and check-in was easy. I must say, when turning off the main road, you will first see another hotel that looks kind of shady before you get to the Holiday Inn. Once you get to the actual hotel, it will be smooth sailing from there.

Excellent hotel for its price. It offers fresh coffee 24 hours. The check-in process took us only 3 minutes because the receptionist was efficient. Good breakfast with different options including eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy and more. The young lady that works at the breakfast area Shanise is an amazing worker, she keeps the area clean and makes sure that there is enough food. I requested a late check out and it was approved. Everything is clean, the room and common areas. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT HI Express & Suites North Daytona by IHG! The spaciousness of the room (King suite); The comfort of the bed & linen; Fresh and clean throughout the entire hotel; All the amenities (especially the Dove products does it for me! I can leave mine at home 😊); The breakfast is beyond impressive, especially in comparison to other competitive hotels; The daytime and evening staff were super courteous and friendly! The only negative comment is not directly linked to the property. THE ROAD LEADING INTO THE PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE REPAVED. WE COULD DAMAGE OUR CAR TRYING TO GET TO THE PROPERTY WITH ALL THE POTHOLES. YOUR ECONO LODGE NEIGHBORS GIVE A FALSE IMPRESSION OF YOUR PROPERTY, THEY LOOK LIKE THE CITY HOUSING PROJECTS OR THE TRAILER PARK AND YOUR PROPERTY LOOKS LIKE THE SUBURBS!

The surrounding area isn't pretty, and access to the hotel isn't pleasant. The road is in poor condition, and the motel at the entrance creates a feeling of discontent.
