We were there for 5 nights and at check-in we were put on the top floor and at the end of the hall. It was very quiet. The room was very clean and staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was very good.

The check in was poor - the person behind the counter was not very pleasant. I felt like was intruding on his space. Have not traveled staying in a hotel in over 30 years so therefore was not aware of the procedures. He was curt and felt like I was a big bother to him by asking questions. The other staff personnel were very pleasant and informative.

This one of best hotels I have stayed at in 25 years of traveling. Very clean and modern. Staff a pleasure to work with and took care of all my needs including extending my stay. They made sure to keep me in the same room and greatly appreciated. Highly recommended a stay if you need to stay in Cedar Springs MI area.

The check-in process was remarkably swift. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and displayed a high level of service. Our room is notably clean and generously sized. Furthermore, the bathroom is impeccably maintained. While the price of $260 for a single night may seem somewhat high, it is a Saturday evening, and we were fortunate enough to secure the last available room, which happens to be a semi-accessible one.
