We switched here from a sketchy hotel in Holland. Very thankful they had some vacancy on a friday night. Parking and checking in was super easy. Its a very well maintained property. The room was very clean, except it could have used a vaccum. And the air/heating unit was very loud when it kicked on so sleep was iffy, but still overall decent. The location is super convenient to everything in Saugatuck and some good food options to walk to. Im glad we made the last minute switch.

The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. The "hot tub" is the same temp as the pool. The decor is very very dark and dated. Dark brown carpet and tan walls.

We went to the Holland Tulip Festival. It was a good room for the money. We only stayed 1 night. They do have cribs for toddlers 👍. Friendly staff. We did not stay for the complimentary breakfast.

Not near any shops you do need a car. But it was clean, quiet even though it was a pretty full hotel that night because of a wedding. Checking in was a breeze! We got there early and was still able to check in. Staff was polite and courteous. Refrigerator was loud sounded like it was giving out and wasn’t very cold. Did like the fact that we did have an option for refrigerator in microwave. I would stay there again.

Would have liked some better lighting in both the room and bathroom. Bathroom walls and baseboards showed some wear and sloppy workmanship. Room was quite clean. Bed and bathroom linens were very clean and without noticeable wear. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Overall would stay here again.
