The facilities were beautiful and clean, and the staff were very welcoming and professional, but the pool was out of order, which was the main reason for my stay at this location with grandkids. Hotels.com did not warn us, and because I booked through them, Holiday Inn could not issue a refund.

The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Adequate breakfast. Could use more variety of fruit. Staff is helpful. The pool was being cleaned, unbeknownst to us because we booked under a 3rd party. But we weren’t devastated by that. Overall a good stay.

I did not realize I was booking such a fun space when I was looking for options for a conference. It's almost too kid friendly with the indoor/outdoor hot tub, Michigan-shaped pool, game room AND basketball courts. 9/10 would stay again IF the adult pool time started at 9:30pm, not 1030.

Room was very clean with comfortable beds. The property was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the full hot breakfast that was served very early and allowed us to eat before taking our train!
