Looks to be a brand new facility. Very nice. Only complaint is only one functioning elevator. Entrance driveway is a little confusing. You have to enter through another hotel's parking lot.

We come to Holland a couple of times annually. Everything was almost brand new. Check-in was easy, and the rep on duty was very friendly. Room was modern and clean. I especially like when there is no carpet. Everything one might need in the bathroom/shower was provided. The free breakfast this morning was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. Quiet area. They could benefit from 1 or 2 extra signs to direct people from out of town to access the facility. Thankfully, if you arrive in daytime- all is good. They clearly have spent time keeping the entire place clean. Very nice breakfast- excellent coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, nice new hotel with very friendly staff. The room was a little small, lacking a few things like closet and any extra space but nice and clean. One thing that was annoying was all lights were on a motion detected on/off and if you stopped moving (like in the shower) the bathroom Lights went off.

This was a new hotel, and it felt like it. I'm not sure if it was built new from the ground up or if it went through a massive renovation, but it felt very clean and modern. The TV in the room was superior to any hotel TV I had ever seen. The breakfast was pretty good for a cheap hotel, although I wish it had stayed open a bit later since I missed it on the first morning. On the downside, the mattresses felt cheap and uncomfortable. You could tell this is where they cut corners, and that might be the worst place to cut back. I've stayed in several affordable hotels that had MUCH better mattresses. So, yes, this hotel is modern, but it's not fancy. Clean and affordable.
