Called to change the day of reservation and Jasmine, without letting me finish, transferred me to reservations. Very rude and tone over the phone very sarcastic. Reservations had already tried calling the front desk and for 20 mins no one would pick up the phone. With bad attitude and customer service, I went right over to Hampton Inn.

loved everything about this hotel. prime spot for good dining. the hotel was so clean! the pool was refreshing and quiet. the bed and pillows were so comfortable. can’t be the price! lobby coffee needs work lol

Hotel wasn’t bad but unfortunately there was a terrible smell in room 406. We couldn’t figure out if people before us smoked in the room or if the AC unit was causing the smell. It was very disturbing to our sleep. Water pressure wasn’t great. Everything else was good.
