Old building, which I really loved. Very good service. Had to queue at the bar. Very pleasant outdoor eating area. Great, varied menu. Plenty veggie options. Quite noisy at night due to club/bar next door open late. I didn’t mind but some might. Breakfast very varied and adaptable. Bedroom and bathroom very small. Overall, very pleasant and conveniently placed hotel with great food.

We were not happy with our stay. When we got to the hotel we were told the boiler was broken and there is no hot water also there was no food and the restaurant was closed. We had been travelling a long distance it was an hot day and we desperately needed to have a shower. We are disabled we picked this hotel because it was central has we can’t walk too far so you can understand that we where upset that we couldn’t relax and have a shower and have our meals in the hotel. We made a complaint to the duty manager who whole heartedly agreed with us and she said she had given us a full refund which will go back on my Visa card shortly for our inconveniences.

This is a very run down dirty hotel/inn. Deferred maintenance has not been done. For the first day we had no hot water. They claimed to have attempted to contact us about the water but emails and missed calls demonstrated otherwise. With that said the people working there were very nice and the breakfast (the day hot water was working) was pleasant.

The shower had brown scum around the base, the mirrors and light switches were dirty and the tea cups had dust in them. Good choice for breakfast, pity the eggs were undercooked.

Request refund so bad

The food breakfast was amazing We have stayed here before so was expecting it to be high standards as back then On arrival we got come back at 3 no conversation or polite ness. Our room was not clean the sheets were dirty we had to ask twice for this toe done no clean towel same towels for three days asked for this to be changed but it was not done. Bathroom there was urine up the tiles near the toilet seat asked room to be cleaned again this did not happen Really I should be asking for our money back it was so poor they did say sorry on departure this was our honeymoon so really not happy with how it all went.
