Country accommodation
Great place with a 15 metre pool and hot tub and steam room with restricted hours. Accommodation with kitchenette was ver useful, it was fairly Adjacent to Rosemoor the RHS garden. Clean warm and comfortable.

Check-in was easy, although it was held to specified check-in times. Despite that, I was informed that I could use the facilities before proceeding to the apartment. Prior to arrival, there was great communication about dining options in the area as the restaurant was closed. Plenty of choices around within a 15-minute car drive. Staff was very informative. The apartment was lovely, clean, and very spacious. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well-used. Great value for money and I would use again.

We stayed in a two bedroom house for two nights which was great value however it was quite tired. If the very old carpet was removed I think it would’ve been perfect and felt like a completely different place. The house was clean though and kitchen nice. It was a good last minute find for what we needed.

Beds were excellent, cottage was clean and well equiped. Arrive Friday 20th around 14:15 and was told check-in was not until 16:00, bit we could buy and extra hour for a fee. This seems rather a poor way to welcome guests who are spending Hundreds of pounds on accommodation. On later checking the "welcome letter" it actually quoted 15:00 check-in. It left a bad taste from this 1 reception person. Otherwise the stay was good.

PROS. Lovely grounds, peaceful, large property, nice linen, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great view, welcoming staff. CONS. We were not notified at time of booking (which is very poor as was a part of the reason we booked there. I think we should have been offered a partial refund) a number of facilities including restaurant, sauna were out of action and during our stay we got a text to say jacuzzi also not working. Property had a high standard of furniture and fittings but a lot were a little tired and some aspects were downright grubby such as the sofas and carpets. Cleanliness of floors was not great.The "Farm Shop" which is endorsed by the hotel only had two vegetables - potatoes and onions, and no vegetarian options for frozen meals/bake goods which we needed as the restaurant was closed. The worst thing, though, was the awful cooked fish smell which hit us as we walked into the property and did not go for our whole stay. In reply to a text from reception they kindly offered an hour later check out which we did not need in the end. They offered to try and help remove the smell but I hate artificial air fresheners and by then we were eating. This stay could have been so much better. I did take some photos.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Woodford Bridge Country Club. The properties were well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were surprised with the impressive internet speed. Having the playground and swimming pool right nearby makes this the perfect place for families with young kids.
