All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. I haven't stayed in such a clean hotel in a long time, and I generally choose from this price class of hotel. The breakfast area was clean, neatly stocked, every table and counter wiped off, trash not overfilled, etc. I rarely write any reviews, especially for hotels, but this one genuinely impressed me.

Lovely hotel and town!
We have stayed here before and liked enough to come back--small town area--very clean and spacious room, nice amenities-- it's a stop over on a longer trip into CO-- Happy Jacks (small BBQ place in Holyoke) has good BBQ for supper-- we really liked the hotel a couple years ago and came back again--drove out of our way by about 30 miles to get there even. Rate at this hotel was VERY reasonable for the room that we had!
