Great hotel on HK Island

Great location close to MTR and also walking distance from the nightlight of Lan Kwai Fong. Room size is pretty standard for Hong Kong. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was also extra friendly and helped us call a cab/uber when it was raining and we couldn't walk to the station.

Huge suite, air conditioned, and lots of restaurants around the hotel. Self serve laundry was great. Not a lot of complaints about the hotel except the bathroom sink seemed clogged and the grout could be cleaner in the bathroom.

The washrooms are disgusting. Black mold brown stains growing in caulking and grout. Stained yellow tiles. I had family in same hotel different rooms that had same disgusting washrooms. Staff were all great so nothing to do with them. The washrooms will prevent me from booking with this hotel in future.

Great Location

The room was spacious with a nice city view. We got a suite on floor 21 and were only ones on the floor and didn't experience any disturbance from other guests. The bed was a bit hard. Thats our knlt negative thing to say. The hotel is located in a great location and walkable.

Great location, near Sheung Wan station

Great location near Sheung Wan station, with helpful staff. No problems with the stay itself. However, there was a small issue with the booking, in that the Hotels.com app allowed us to book a room for 3, even though the room only had 2 single beds and the Hotel's policy is not to provide roll-away beds. They did on this occasion after some negotiation. If booking for 3 be aware.

Hotel/apartment is a little bit dated. However, a nice touch is that each floor only had 1 or 2 rooms so if you value privacy, this place is for you. We stayed on the 28th floor and had the whole floor to ourselves. Our room was decent. Ventilation system works but is quite loud. Nice that the suite had two A/C controllers - one for the main room and one for the bedroom. Sliding door to separate the two areas was a plus since we were travelling with a baby. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette and included a full size fridge/freezer and a separate sink. The room was also stocked with plateware, utensils and a coffee machine which was a bonus. The hotel comes with washing and drying services but no detergent available. However, directly across the street facing the hotel are 2 laundromats. The property is located in a convenient area and close to many great restaurants, stores and the MTR. All in all, can't beat the price for the amount of space you get.
