The overall condition of the room was bearable with heavy signs of wear. The air ducts were dusty and air conditioning was noisy through the night. Random stains that looked possibly like blood was experienced in the first room which we had changed and also saw minor stains in another room.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were fantastic. Bus stop almost directly outside and train just down the road. Loads of restaurants around and plenty of coffee shops for your morning coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Got a free upgrade, room is very clean and pleasant to stay at but a little small. Walking distance to many restaurants nearby and the convention center

Super great value!

Sparkling clean almost like new. Area is centrally located, close to Central, Admiralty and Causeway Bay. Easily walk to Wanchai MTR (subway), bus lines and tram. Room is comfortable and quiet. Service is very responsive: Found out my refrigerator was not cold enough in the evening and I got a replacement the next morning. Needed an adapter for my phone and got one right away.

Comfortable stay at Burlington Hotel

Clean hotel with nice scent in the lobby. Pretty comfortable stay overall. Good service. Gym area is kept quite minimal and is outdoor. One downside is that sound proofing isn’t as good as it could have been as I heard noise from other rooms. Not enough to bother my sleep though.

I flew in from LAX and landed very early morning. I believe check-in at the hotel was 1 PM. I figured I could drop my bags off with the front desk and do some sightseeing and then return at 1 PM to check-in. The hotel staff let me check-in when I arrived instead of making me wait. They were courteous and helpful. For that they will have my business whenever I am in Hong Kong.
