Attentive and professional staff, generally clean and tidy, just a little tired and dated fixtures and fittings. The refrigerator was very noisy (throughout the night cooling nothing inside) there weren’t enough cloths hangers for a weeks worth of business meetings, there is no minibar as they suggested, and surfaces were a little sticky and dusty round the edges. Despite one very pleasant evening in the bar (after a particularly long day), two subsequent visits were aborted due to no staff?

The hotel is an older building and the decor reflects this. However for the price you get a decent size room. Access to transport is great. The WiFi is good however you are limited to 2 devices.

Good location to travel to China via local train, or to the airport, or to Kowloon or the convention center. Plenty of local dining options and shopping. Safe and quiet residential and commercial area.

Well run and welcoming hotel
It was really good, apart from the internet, which was only accessible in the middle of the night or in the restaurant. I think I would choose somewhere in Central next time, to be nearer the Star Ferry terminal.

For the price, you could get a hotel more central, more modern at better location in HK nowadays. I was meeting some friends and that why I have stayed here. But it is a tired hotel and there is just better hotels in HK. It may be a choice of certain people. I will not be coming back.

I didn't personally stay here. I booked for my son and his girlfriend. I have gleaned all the information from them. They found the hotel peaceful and relaxing and most of all safe. My son's girlfriend is from Hong Kong so told me what area they needed to be. They had a very enjoyable stay and thankful at the end of the day for the aircon.
