Very bad experience! I booked none smoking but was assigned a room in 25th floors that full of smoke coming into the face once the elevator opened. The room smell very strong smoke too that we can not sleep at all. Booked for 2 night but checked out after the 1st stay.

Great location! Older hotel, hallways are not beautiful but the room was remodeled and wonderful. Staff was excellent, didn’t care for breakfast; it was more of a traditional Chinese breakfast and the staff seemed a bit crabby. Victoria checked us in and was super helpful!
