Location is excellent but hotel looks old aircon in the lobby before was very cool now it's a bit warm. Room still ok but it was better before. Still a very good Hotel for me overall but it was so much better before.

The location is fantastic! Near to Causeway MTR Station and many stores. The bad and pillows are okay. The hotel itself it's okay. I was bothered about the smell of the carpet that due humidity, it's not pleasure. I tried the breakfast one day, but it was better have the breakfast somewhere else. The taste was not pleasant at all, quality not good (I know it's a 3-star hotel, but I as not expecting bread that taste like old), and the options are very limited. I would prefer a buffet style with bread, butter and juice. It would be a better experience.

Perfect location, heart of Causeway Bay, walking distance to shop, restaurants, transportation are so convenient. I stayed in that hotel for 18 days, overall, the front desk staff are professional, very helpful, friendly, patient, special thanks to Tiffany Tang, her excellent service and help. And the housekeeping teams, they all have a smile on their face, passion on their job, make my room so clean, that makes my 18 days stay feel like home. Although breakfast is included, I advise it needs to be improved, only 4 choices to choose from, and keep 10 days the same menu, kind of boring. Other than that, I highly recommend 5/5.

Great location, walking distance to Times Square, Sogo, Lee Garden, etc for shopping in Causeway Bay, transportation is so convenient, The hotel housekeeping team are awesome, so friendly, smelling, passion on their job. And the room was really well maintain and spotless. Specially thanks for Tiffany Tang, she is so patient to explain all the questions, kind and friendly. I am highly recommend.

Right in the heart of Hong Kong for food and shopping, close enough to the MTR. Rooms were clean and adequate. Beds were firm but on the comfortable side, just how we like it. Breakfast was limited, but good enough to start the day. I wish it were a buffet though, similar to other Holiday Inn hotels we stayed in the past. Reception was efficient and ready to address your concerns. Special mention to Tiffany who was happy to help us with any question or concern we had. Will stay here again.

The staff provided good service and had a very good service attitude. There were two problems however. The most serious was a room that was so damp that there was a mildew smell, the bed clothes were always damp to the touch, when I set my clothes out at night for the next day, the next morning they were wet, and my vitamin C tablet even dissolved over night when put out on a dish in the open air. The mildew gave me severe headaches as well. The second problem is the breakfast was not good and the coffee worse. My husband and I ended up eating at a nearby Chinese restaurant called Tai Hing (太兴) that had excellent Chinese breakfasts and good coffee. However, this meant we incurred extra cost.
