Hotel system doesn't track packages properly and had multiple errors on billing. Staff was hostile and condescending. The fridge & hot water station had a large family of ants living there, problem persisted even after house keeping "cleaned" it up. House keeping takes hours to address small requests such as towel requests. Facilities are nice & family friendly, wonderful location when visiting Ocean Park with young kids. But will not recommend due to poor hygiene and service, not worth the effort dealing with the issues when you should be spending time with family.

Great hotel! You are near the train! Only problem is each room is in different parts of the building so to get to the train station you had to find you way through the property.

Lovely hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong but well linked with its own MTR station however not much to do around the resort apart from the theme park. Beautiful rooms.

I like everything about the hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. check in and check out were very quick. The only issue i had with my stay was there two Gecko in my room.

It’s a good property. But the photos of the double beds are misleading. They set up with 2 sets of individual pillows in the picture but in reality the double beds are tiny. If you zoom in you see the pillows half off the bed. Not big enough for 2 adults to share. We asked for a trundle bed to be bought in as otherwise would have been very uncomfortable as a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 12.
