The hotel was nice. It's a bit of work to get to the hotel - you need to either go through a mall or climb a steep hill (it's Wan Chai, so that's pretty unavoidable). Staff was excellent. Facilities were excellent.

This is a newer hotel (2024). Location is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located near the Wan Chai subway station. The price we got per night seemed really reasonable. Rooms were big. The housekeeping was excellent. Hot tip: They charge different amounts for the same room based on floor level. I would suggest there is not great benefit to being on a higher floor. The lobby is on floor 19 so all the rooms are quite high up. I was moved to a new room that was promised to be an 'upgrade' due to a plumbing issue. However, the new room was exactly the same as the old room just on a different floor. I suggest getting the room you want at the cheapest price. The breakfast buffet is well worth the price. We didn't get a room with it included but ended up having it every day as it's super convenient with a wide variety of food. You are a little bit elevator bound because you are waiting with everyone else for one. The pool seemed to be out of order a lot during our stay and the gym seemed poorly equipped by western standards if you asked me. However, we were staying there for access to the city and for that, it served very well. Would stay again.

The most inconvenient hotel at a conveniet location. Takes a good 5-min. from room to get to street level. Taxi/car pick up spot very confusing, all of the drivers got lost. Flooded with mainlanders. Besides the view, nothing 5-star as it claims itself.

Great place for short or long stay.

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly. Location is great. Lots to see, shop and eat. The only regret was their dry clean service. I had one of my silk pant sent for dry clean. The form was marked for dry clean. The pant was washed instead as you can smell the detergent. The laundering shrank the pants, washed out the color. The staff obviously was not able to do anything except refund the dry clean portion of the bill. It was one of my favorite go to travel pants. Perfect for HK s hot & humid weather. This was a nuisance as I have 3 more weeks in Asia and count on wearing & cleaning the pants as I pack light. Oh well.

I like the cleanliness and the swimming pool area. However, the pool opening should be scheduled earlier. I am an early riser. I want to swim at 7 a.m. so that I can have my breakfast around 9 a.m. The pool opens at 9 a.m., and by the time I finish breakfast, it is already closed at 10 a.m. The beds are a little bit small. Someone smoked on that floor. The smoke entered our room, so I complained at the front desk.
