This hotel appears to be just renovated. Everything looks very new. The location is perfect, a lot to explore around it. Only issue is need to change a couple lifts to get to where your room is, regardless walk in or drive in, but overall experience was excellent

On Expedia, it states that there are laundry facilities, but they do not have any. You can pay to have them wash each garment but that is not convenient or family friendly as stated on Expedia. The ice machine on our floor was also not working and it took 2 calls and a 30 minute wait to receive ice. The rooms are very nice but the items for the guests were a little hard to find - slippers were in a drawer, robe was folded up at the top of the closet, hit water boiler hidden in a drawer as was the hairdryer.

Glad that I stay

Good value for the quality of this hotel. Room size, and friendliness of their services especially makes them stood out from the rest. But the entrances of hotel can be tricky. The reception lobby is on the 19th floor, if u take a taxi, u will be dropped off on the 18th fl, the mall underneath closes around 10pm? So to gain accesss back to the hotel after mall closure would require a detour. So it can be confusing at the beginning for some ppl. Other than that, MTR is under 10 mins walk from hotel. Supermkt, food venues, pickle ball game and a Japanese version of IKEA are also in direct access from the hotel.

I think was strange that I booked a suite and only 1 breakfast was included instead of 2. Makes no sense for someone to book a suite alone, so providing 1 breakfast makes no sense too. If the purpose was to get a purchase of the 2ns breakfast, then I feel it's not something expected from a 5 stars hotel.
