Concierge service is superb. Reception and restaurant staff are amazing. Pricing is v reasonable. The room however on the first floor has a stench that is probably due to the piping. Got room service to spray some fragrance but wonder if this is the way forward.

The room is okay but there was always some sewage smell in the bathroom and I am wondering why? Some bugs flying in the bathroom too. Some of the staff in the buffet area are not very kind which surprised me.

A very good hotel to stay

Clean room. Friendly staff. Very nice hotel decor. Good location. Convenient location, tons of restaurants within 10 minutes of walk, 5 minutes walk to subway station, a short block to the main road King's Road. Ended up I cancelled another hotel and stayed in this hotel again for another week after cruise.

Enough room in thw room. A sofa bed for day time sitting. More storage room under the sofa bed. Seems dufficukt to maintain the temp in order to have a good night sleep. Either too cold or too warm. I like most part of the hotel but one major dislije is the damp floor. The wood floor from the area beyond the bathroom towards the window get damp for some reason. I suspect its related to where the AC blows out the air. Its not safe and not comfortable and its the main complaint i have. I wont return until its fixed. I like everything else duribg my stay.

Brilliant!

Perfect, what i think is a hidden gem in HK. Location is perfect and only a 5 minute walk over the footbridge at Fortress Hill station. The reception staff welcomed me so warmly and advised my room was ready to check in even though i was 4 hours early which i was extremely grateful for. An Ironing board was provided promptly on request. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong
