return to same hotel numerous times due to location as I am familiar with that neighborhood since I am a local citizen and used to live in that area. However, tourist may find it difficult to find. Reception staffs are always nice and try their best to find me a room for me to check in despite I usually arrive earlier than 3pm. The hotel is new but is starting to see some minor wind down in areas which is expected due to the high turn over and high number of rooms. But overall, hotel rooms are clean. Cleaners are kind but they have a habit of asking people who leave the room in the morning whether he or she is checking out. For me, this is not offensive as I understand they may have pressure cleaning so many rooms in limited time. However, some guest may feel offended as hotel service should be "as subtle and as unnoticeable as possible. All in all, I am quite satisfy with this hotel and will return.

The hotel lobby looks great, however, the rooms were all micro and the hygiene is not the best. There were mosquitoes coming out from the vent everyday.The cleanliness of the washroom needs to be improved.

Beautiful and striking hotel. Easy check in and clean rooms. Pillows need better condition and maybe helpful to provide inroom amenity like toothbrush, toiletry kit & water. For a fancy hotel, we expected these as basic part. Microwave on the room, but doesn’t work.

If you want to keep your luggage there over night they will charge you HK$20 per luggage per night; even though you have a booking for returning stay. I think this is ridiculous.

Hotel is conveniently located, 10 minutes walk from Fortress Hill MTR Station. Quite a new hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff members who helped us with luggage were super polite and decent. Cleaning ladies were attentive and prompt. We had birthday lunch celebration for our little girl at their Cafe A buffet. The food was great and great customer service. The only complain I had during my 12-day visit was that I had rashes on my skin which I’m uncertain of the cause. The bedsheet and blankets were super clean and I never saw a bug during our stay. Overall I would say 5-star. Thank you
