Very happy with the hotel. The hotel is two blocks away from the MTR and has a shelter bridge that connect to the MTR. The A11 airport bus drop you off a block away so very convenience as well. Has a beautiful outdoor pool. The room is spacious and updated. Two little thing is that the main lobby is little tricky to locate and the hotel elevators are slow and only seem to work one at a time despite that there are 4 available.

Very easy to get to from train station. Clean, spacious and Thomas, the night front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. AC was wonderful. Bed was soft and had a small view of the harbor. It was a great stay

The staff were amazing. Very helpful. The maid service was great. The rooms need a refresh. Very old and dated. The beds are super hard very uncomfortable. Location was good right above a MTR station. The outlets in the rooms kept going out.

Reasonable priced hotel in Hongkong. I wish they used better quality shampoo and conditioner. You may want to bring your own if you don’t want your hair to be very rough after using it.

Good price point at a very convenient location. Not a right place for you if you plan to stay at the hotel all day long, but an excellent choice if you go out sight seeing all day and come back for a comfortable place to rest.

Expedia did not put my middle name which caused a few problems at check in.Had to show my booking with Expedia app which I had my middle name in the app.I has to show my email from Expedia plus my mobile number so I could get the room.Got a room directly in front of the lifts so can hear some noise.The heavy chair in the room so when I try to sit down would can a noise on the floor.This I can hear from the room above me.If you do not come by taxi and come by MTR then you have to get to the hotel over the bridge which has positives.You avoid the bright sunshine / when it rains.Luckily I read previous customers about how to get to hotel.The room was adequate especially for Hong Kong.Bathroom was clean.There was also a face flannel which quite a few hotels no longer provide.The was face tissue too.A negative was not drinking water.In other North Point hotels that I stayed in.There was filtered water with a jug to contain the water.Hotel has breakfast,lunch,tea time and dinner but did not have time to sample.I find May hotel prices are affordable.If same low prices will definitely return.The daily cleaning you can press clean my room or do not disturb.Will look forward my next visit to Hotel Alexandra if prices is low but sadly looking at November time I doubt I am willing to pay the double the price !
