Staff are super helpful and very accommodating. There are a lot of shops and restaurants close by. The dehumidifier works wonders after I do my own laundry and needed the clothes to be dried. It was a pleasant stay. We complain about a smoker on our floor and it was immediately taken care of.

Good central location, near to Wanchai MTR station. Still water in the room everyday was great and on a personal note, the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner with aloe vera extract is superb!

Good location and good transport links. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Only downsides were the beds were extremely hard and we were woken up at 3am and 6.30am on our first night by the fire alarm going off for a short time each time - staff said this was due to vapour? But not an emergency.

good value and location. 2 mins walk to wanchai station . booked quadruple room with 2 twin and 1 queen bed. queen bed is not comfortable for a light sleeper . You get awaken everytime your partner moves . Better take the twin rooms .

This was very good value. Clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Kitchen was closed for the duration of our stay but very nearby Starbucks sorted us out each morning. It isn't luxury but I'd rate it better than most UK Premier Inns
