Check-in was handled by an experienced and courteous team member, ensuring a smooth and comfortable process. This hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly located, making it incredibly convenient and enjoyable to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally nice and professional—when I asked to extend my checkout, they kindly accommodated my request free of charge, which was much appreciated. The room itself was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for both its excellent service and prime location.

A very comfortable hotel with easy access to the city centre by MTR & Tram. Particular thanks to Bruce, who was went out his way to be constantly helpful - including guiding us to a local restaurant and ordering for us. Thanks also to Shan (?) for keeping the room very clean and tidy and to the charming girl on the reception desk, early on Tuesday morning when we left.

This an excellent hotel and we have no issues at all with the property or staff. Everything and everyone just very, very good. We like the room, bathroom and fluffy big towels. Many dining options just a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel. Very easy to get around on public transportation but since we are an older couple, we mainly chose taxis which are plentiful and not too expensive. It would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room. Highly recommend this hotel and we would stay again the next time /we visit Hong Kong.

Great hotel at the right price, 20-30m away from Kowloon central area. Placed on first shore line of the Hong Kong island, it is a paceful and quiter place however not far from some good dinning options (15 mins walking to HK island city centre). Very flexible and understanding stuff.

We had stayed here twice during Covid -- a total of five weeks' quarantine over two stays -- so it was nice to return during a normal time. The hotel is (still) very clean and well kept as are the rooms. The staff are pleasant and eager to please. It is convenient to public transport and they offer a free shuttle to Central. Half the price of a big brand hotel in Central. Well worth a stay!
