Reasonably placed and only a quick walk to tram for centre. Quite quiet so not too many bars/restaurants nearby.

Desde la reservación que era pay at propperty nos estuvieron pidiendo una tarjeta que les habíamos enviado con la reserva pero como era e-tarjeta por protección de nuestro banco en internet y no metieron a tiempo la tarjeta nos estuvieron enviando mails que no podíamos contestar por encontrarnos en Bali. Llegando a decirnos que nuestra reserva estaba comprometida. Total pudimos enviar una foto de la tarjeta por e-mail pocos días antes de llegar. Al momento de hacer el Review del Check in puse este detalle al día siguiente Bono Yu Front Office Manager quiso disculparse pero más que una disculpa fue una excusa ya que al momento de registrarnos nos pidieron otra tarjeta para cobrar la cuenta y nos dijeron que la otra que por cierto habían cobrado dos noches con ella la dejarían de depósito con devolución en 15 días. Eso con lo que respecta a la reserva. El hotel tiene manchas en la alfombra del cuarto y uno de los días de estancia no hicieron el aseo del cuarto, la cafetera no funcionaba bien y el desayuno era muy malo y siempre lo mismo. En resumen este no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas por mucho.

Second time staying here so that already speaks how my stay has continued to be wonderful and comfortable. Staff is professional, room is spacious and clean, plenty of transportation and eating options around, plus FREE laundry facilities. The harbor view is beautiful but one issue was that there was constant low droning noise from the 24 hour wholesale market outside that made it difficult to sleep. It may not bother others but I'm sensitive to night noise so the front desk manager, Mr Yu, and his staff helped to switch to a higher level room, which made a difference. Thank you for that! Also, please put full length mirrors in the rooms. Otherwise, I'd stay here again.

Good room, bad WiFi
WiFi was terrible. If you want to make any video calls, be prepared to talk to pixels. WhatsApp video call, Messenger call, etc. - “forget about it.” Despite the third-world speed of the WiFi, it was a pleasant stay. The cleaning lady was sweet and very friendly. She was super enthusiastic about making sure you still have enough supplies and making sure your room is in tip-top condition. Oh printing was such a hassle. It took three hours to get a printing job done. How hard was it for them to call up and said, “We don’t have color printing.” I called twice before finally going down to confront them about it. During those calls, they just kept insisting they’re working on it but wouldn’t tell me that they didn’t have color printing. Only when I went downstairs out of frustration did I learn that they didn’t “finish” the job because they didn’t have colors. But after I asked where could I get color printing, somehow they took pity on me and decided to print my documents….in colors?! So they did have color printing this entire time! Then why with all of this stalling?!!! Ok other than that hiccup, the stay was pleasant. Room was nice, and bathroom was well- designed. Bed was comfy, too. Overall, if your reason to come to HK is for business and you require good WiFi and printing, go to another place. But if you just need a nice bed and comfortable amenities, than this place gets the job done.

good to have self-served laundry facility big window view of harbour front desk and concierge staff not helpful bed and carpet bugs in hotel room unprofessional to hold 1 night hotel deposit on my credit card 3 weeks before check in date without obtaining my consent, and which condition was not indicated on the booking receipt whereas in turn on the booking receipt it had clearly indicated clearly that 24 hours prior cancellation notice and payment at the property when check in will not recommend this property

good to have self-served laundry facility short walking distance to subway and other transportation very good window view of the harbor Housekeeping staff were good mannered Reception and Luggage staff were not helpful and not professionally trained Note is that I had booked this hotel with a refundable price with clear indication on my booking receipt that it was allowed cancellation notice 24 hours prior, and then payment at the property when checked in - it turned out the hotel had held 1 night deposit on my credit card without obtaining my consent 1 months and 20 days before my check in date! I called Reservation and it said it was hotel policy - ?? but there was nothing mentioned on the booking receipt, and why held a deposit on a customer's credit for over 1 month and without approval?! There were raining days during our stay here, and it was surprising to see water stains and patches of water along side the bottom of the big windows. Staff came in to check and expressed that it was normal during rainy days! The most unacceptable was that it had bugs in the hotel room and caused us a lot of bites red and swollen. I had used up 2 big bottles of Lysol spray during my stay there, and I had to disinfect all my luggage and belongings after I had returned home to prevent any of the bugs being carried back to home! I will not make recommendation for this hotel, and I will never return to stay in this hotel in future

We have stayed 7 nights in total. Friendly and accommodating staff at all level. Especially the staff at the front entrance. Keeping very clean in all areas. Shuttle bus services are excellent. Whenever you need help,they will be there for you. Short distances to bus,Tram and MTR stations. The equipment at the Gym are excellent. Overall comments are excellent.
