Please pay attention if you are from EU, USA, or Canada! A 4 star hotel in Hong Kong is not the same as a 4 star hotel in Europe, north America! Event though this hotel is 4 star, it barely reaches a 2 star hotel in European standards. Why? - rooms very small and smelly. There was a weird smell in the room ( not a pleasant one, I must say) - cleaning standards were very low - noisy, not soundproof - breakfast with very limited options, always the same everyday - definitely not a 4 star hotel breakfast -only 3 lifts and you might end up waiting 10 minutes for a lift! -Staff not polite, they don't care Some positives: - good location, close to everything Overall: if you are looking for a place just to sleep that is close to everything and don't mind lack of cleaning standards saty here

The front desk staff don’t have warming welcome. In between room and hall way you will clearly hear the noise and conversation. The room cleaning lady is good very polite and room clean very well.

This is one hotel that serves a much desired breakfast with less varieties and favors,not much choices as compared to others in.Fasteast and Mainland China at much lower rates. One big plus for this hotel is its location.

This I was really disappointed the service attitude and their after response. The room on top floor were terriblly small and the soundproofing were so bad you can almost join the whole conversation outside. I could see hairs on the pillows when I checked in the room. I will persuade others to make a reservation to this hotel.

Check in was terrible. The staff member I had served another person that pushed in and failed to maintain control of the line. Furthermore was extremely slow and had unexpected costs which they did not make clear on their website. I would not be coming back here not recommend anyone chose this place as choice of accommodation.

The elevator wouldn't open and we were locked in there. Hotel didnt call fire department to rescued but called elevator company. Hotel manager avoided our questions and hung up on us many time while communicating on the elevator speaker phone. We were locked in the elevator for about 45 minutes. We had a terrible experience.

The deluxe suite was very basic and dated, you get bare minimum. Services were more like a hostel, nothing excited or memorable. Staffs had no emotions, you felt like serving by a bunch of robots. We were surprised to learn that it is marketed as "4 stars" hotel. It locates in a small alleyway near causeway bay where even the taxi drivers were not sure about. It is not convenient to get to hotel by foot or by taxi. Not recommend at all!

The staff are very friendly, even with my persistent demand for a refund due to a cancelled flight, they did their best to help and finally settled it with Expedia. The hotel is right by Victoria Park and Central Library, and just a few minutes walk to the MTR station.
