It is located away from streets with many shops, hence quiet. Can hear nice music from the Arts Centre next door, which is nice. Has proper nice lobby.

Lots of breakfast options with plenty of tables. Building works were taking place on a number of floors, we were not told of works on the property beforehand, which were extremely noisy, we had to move rooms which helped a little but still heard the noises and impacted our stay. The Reception staff were not to friendly but the concierge and housekeeping were friendly.

As they were going through renovations, I was upgraded to their best room (which you can see that room type advertised on their website). I was quite surprise that the renovations didn’t generate a lot of noises as I originally worried. The location was quiet too. Just a bit walking took me to MTR (subway) station. Perhaps the only recommendation would be to make the bathroom a little bigger. I understand the hotel tried to maximize the room space to make it comfort for three people (and the room size is indeed comfortable for three people). However, it would be good to have more space to put some personal items like shaver. Also a place to hang towels. Otherwise, the hotel is highly recommended.

We stayed during our layover in Hong Kong. The rooms are on the smaller side but they made great use of the space. There is construction happening but we were there Saturday night to Sunday morning so we didn't hear anything. We were in a harborview room and it was great!

This is the sixth time I have stayed in this hotel, the first time was in 2016. I have always stayed in a harbour view room in the front of the hotel which has magnificent views over the harbour. Four floors were being renovated during my stay and there was quite a bit of noise during the day but OK at night. I stayed in one of the renovated rooms which I found a little disappointing compared with the old rooms. There was less drawer space and the decor was somewhat lugubrious with one wall being largely black.

Convenient location for my conference at the HKCEC. I was anticipating noise given their admonition about construction- but it was quiet there. My only concern or complaint was that breakfast buffet hours were 7-10:30 but the staff literally started putting up the buffet items by 10:25!

Comfortable and well located
Chosen due to its location and proximity to Central Pier for Kowloon and bus tours, etc. Staff friendly. Room spacious and clean. Excellent bed. Didn’t try restaurant or other facilities so can’t comment. Good view over harbour. Would happily use again
