Beautiful hotel lacking in business level service
The Hari is a beautiful hotel and great addition to wan chai, however there was a sort ld helplessness around guest requests, the hotel was absolutely freezing, I caught a terrible cold, and the breakfast was not included with the room. There was also no business center to work.

Cleanliness need to improve.
Great location But I found the toilet dustbin was not cleared when I checked in, it contained trash from the previous occupants of the room, which was utterly disgusting and even after I called the concierge, it took them a very long time to come and clear. There were sticky stains on the table as well. The staff were great and helpful, just not too pleased with the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hari!! From the very first greeting by the concierge, to the convenient check-in, to the amazing room, to the super friendly staff, all the way through to the final check out, everything was even better than we could have hoped for in a hotel! The bed was super comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very accommodating to every request we had. Location was convenient to all types of transportation, including taxis, buses, ferries, and the rail system. When we walked in the door to our room, the curtains automatically opened to reveal an enormous window that featured a beautiful view of the city. We definitely will be returning here, and bringing our family with us next time! Thank you so much for helping us make great memories on our first trip to Hong Kong.

Private , convenient and beautifully styled hotel . Loved having a cocktail on the terrace . Breakfast was very satisfactory although only had it once . Rooms did not contain much storage / hanging space for two guests with suits etc . Staff very friendly and helpful . Bar fridge didn't allow much room to store refreshments other than one bottle . Conveniently situated close to transport including trains and ferry . Quiet hotel with plenty of privacy if needed .

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away
