One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Great location, short walk to Central and the MTR. Rooms are big and well designed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is a bonus - very cool spot.

Overall it's not bad, but some of staff are not professional, they also need improvement for guest relations. However, housekeeping female staff King is awesome with her nice customer service. Besides that, the tai pan's management is pretty out of my expectation like food and customer service.
