It’s a bit like taking a step back in time…but not in a cute nostalgic way. It is dated. This includes the mattress. It felt like it could have been original to the hotel’s opening date. We only stayed there for the last night of our trip so we would be close to the airport for our early flight. This is really all I would recommend this hotel for. It got the job done. Getting to the airport with the shuttle was quick and very easy.

Took forever to get checked in then was charged $100 more for breakfast and drink tickets that was not worth it. We didn’t need drink tickets and I went to have breakfast and it took 25 minutes for 2 eggs, bacon and potatoes and when I got them they were cold. Server was rude also.

A nice, clean, conveniently-located, reasonably-priced hotel with a pleasant pool, restaurant, bar and well-stocked convenience store. My one complaint is about the airport shuttle. We were told to show 15 mins before the hour to catch the shuttle. We did. The shuttle was there but the driver was nowhere to be found. 5 minutes after the hour we just called an Uber. That was stress we didn’t need.

The location can't be beat. The free airport shuttle is a great, just wish it ran more frequently than once an hour. Overall, the property finishes are a bit tired, but the bathroom is clean and the bed comfy. And the AC works!

Very disappointing. I booked through Expedia and was offered one price. I prepaid. On arrival I was told that I needed to pay an additional fee of $40 to park and $25 for amenities. Additional total of $69.49. I asked if there was a Kamaaina rate and was told yes, the parking would be only $20. My card was still charged $69.49 and both times I called to correct, I was told I needed to speak to a manager, but they were not available.

We stayed there for 3 days. Breakfast and bar we really nices. My kids loved the swimming pool and the staff was really helpful and friendly. We picked this hotel because its so close to the airport.

We just needed one night close to the airport and were looking for free shuttle. As it turned out, this was so close that we just walked to it. It was perfect because we had been sitting on a plane for 8.5 hours so the walk was great and we only had carry on luggage. The woman at the desk was super friendly and allowed us to check in early which was totally unexpected and she upgraded our room! We got coupons for beverages at one of their 2 eating places and surprisingly the drinks were excellent! Nothing fancy at this hotel but it totally fit our needs. Charged an amenity fee for amenities we didn't use but unfortunately too many hotels do this. We picked up a rental car to use that day but turned it back in that evening to avoid the ridiculous $40 parking fee. Overall, this was a good experience especially due to the wonderful woman working the front desk.
