The hotel itself is lovely but the room was very dated. We had a half used toilet paper roll and the carpet felt sticky to walk on. We had to request more toilet paper and didn’t appreciate having a half roll used by other guests. The room just felt very used. We ate at the buffet it was ok but pricey. The parking was crazy high we paid 245 to park, more than the rental cost. The hotel may be a bit of a distance from The center strip but had a fantastic mall Attached by a walkway attached to it and a great beach within walking distance which was never crowded like Waikīkī Beach. We liked the location of the hotel and it was lovely. They have a car rental on site which we didn’t know and could have saved $$$ instead of renting at the airport for the week as we only used the car about half of our stay and used the trolley Staff was friendly and helpful We had a balcony room we never used the balcony and you could easily do without the up charge Thr Starbucks was convenient and there were a couple nice gift shops. Definately the biggest perk was the mall next door. 4 city blocks of stores and a great food court at your fingertips.

A little disappointing that we had to wait for room to be ready… it was a busy weekend in Oahu. Other than that everything was good Wish there was an upgrade on tv No Netflix :(

Excellent staff. Room was clean and kept very clean. Although small, it was okay for a single. Not sure any more would be comfortable. Downside; shower very weak. Difficult to get into tub. It was necessary to crawl into tub, grabbing onto bar. To get out of tub, when crawling, required grabbing for door handle. Floor of tub somewhat slippery, and dangerous. Amenities such as tissue, notepaper and pen would have been nice. Best thing…outside of Waikiki.

The property was walkable. Right across the street from the mall. Coffee, speakeasy, restaurants, gift shop on site. Pool, gym, and sauna. Cabanas are included in the amenities, not extra fees like some places such as Vegas. They did not have a hot tub which would be nice.

The best part about this hotel is that it is walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping centre which has heaps of shopping and dining options. The service provided by staff was friendly. The room was nice but the bathroom is abit small.

Absolutely wonderful. From check in to even check out, it was effortless and easy. The rooms were very clean. Staff were wonderful. The best part is the beach is within walking distance along with a mall connected to the hotel! Very convenient!
