The rooms were dated compared to the lobby. Swell restaurant was average at best food wise. Location was perfect and staff was nice. Ice dispenser was dirty and flooded and was never fixed after notifying staff. House keeping was good and very nice.

We had an ocean view and it was absolutely stunning. The beach is right across the street from the hotel and we saw amazing sunsets. Food and shopping are very close to the hotel and if you are doing tours, the pick up spot was only two blocks away. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The pool is small but you have a beautiful ocean view while in the pool and the whole pool area is beautiful and the food at pool bar is really good. We would stay there again.

View was really good, we got the partisl view room, and we saw the sunset the first day. For sure though if you want an unobstructed view you should get full ocean view. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Parking is kind of hit or miss, was extremely busy when we went and had a hard time finding parking. Though if that happens talk to valet and then can help

The infinity pool is amazing vat Sunset and the Music and Hula and visuals were awesome. The fish tank and gym are also great. Great stores and facilities on site and the Hawaiian culture ambassador gave an insight full talk that my Father who is a former professor was raving about.

Whilst not directly on the beach the hotel was in a great location. We stayed in an oceanview room and our balcony was on the side of the building. Views were still good. Pool and surrounding pool area was very nice. Drinks and food around the pool were expensive when you include taxes and tip but to be expected I suppose just for the convenience.
