The property itself is in close proximity to the beach with excellent views as advertised. The housekeeping at the 39th floor is amazing. Kudos!

Right across Waikiki beach, shopping, dining options and all the glitter and glow. Rooms were ok. Bathroom was small. Constant street noise and loud music. Rooms not properly insulated I guess. Parking costed 50$ each night which is unfair since we pay a lot for the room and there is already a resort fee being collected. Won’t be coming back to this resort because other than the location I think there is nothing great about the resort.

Avoid this location. The homeless population around this hotel is very problematic. The McDonalds across the street is struggling with the unhoused. Our family witnessed a very unfortunate situation with the homeless in front of the hotel. The hotel itself has a lovely lobby, but that’s about it. The pool and outside lounge area was packed with people and unusable. We had to leave this property and switch locations. I would avoid bringing children to this hotel. The room footprint is tiny and so are the washrooms. The air quality in the rooms is also problematic. So many better choices further west in Waikiki. Don’t waste your time or money.

Overall, good. Did not like the batting cages. Poor excuse. Same for the basketball courts. I did not get my room service more than 1 day put of the 7 nights because house keeping was lying that I had the do not disturb sign on my knob which was never the case. It’s definitely a 5 star hotel from the aesthetics.

Accommodations not met once at the property. We only booked because we were under the impression that the room would have a spa tub. Only to find out there only regular tubs. Also there was a some kind of $400+ service charge once we arrived. We only stayed to avoid the troubles of looking for a new place and the staff was kind and positive.

Just stayed here for 9 night's, 8/22/25 - 8/31/25 and I loved it. I have only 2 complaints. 1) they seemed to have forgotten to leave washclothes a few of the days and 2) the sink and tub had some minor draining issues. When I notified front desk they did respond as well as housekeeping brought missing towels right away. Gorgeous resort from the inside/out. Pool and deck area are amazingly beautiful. Restaurant has great food. We had a 2 queen bed Diamondhead/Ocean veiw room and the veiw from patio (28th floor) was so pretty. I really have no major complaints at all. Everything you need is right there or near there. Staff was always very kind and welcoming. Easy check-in/out. What can I say? I love this hotel and will definitely be back there for my next years vacation. I HIGHLY recommend Alohalini Resort ❤️
