Well 1 st we got there and they had us check in to a room that the bed was falling apart then 1 hour they decided to change our room which the bed was falling apart too was afraid if it broke they say we did so I called staff the staff looked frustrated with us but I don’t see why it’s customer service it was terrible then next day woke up and we had alot of ants on our stuff they try to say that they smell there want no food only food was in the frig so I asked them if they fix the bed and spray for the aunts while we were out .. but someone decide to go in and spray when we where ther we were all coughing even the guy who was spraying this was frustrated to me .. Then the soap was out I ask if I can have more they started talking in there language I don’t what they were saying but I felt un comfortable soo if I would stay they again NOOOO . I would like someone from Expedia to contact me I didn’t call or text the next day I was jet lag now a little better please contact me

Centrally located, plenty of restaurants, bars and night entertainment within walking distance. The only concern with the stay is the $45 per day parking fee. Cannot phantom why it’s so expensive.

This property is close to the beach and to the International Market Place and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The property needs to be renovated especially the bathroom. The shower/bathtub combo is difficult for seniors to utilize. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Great/affordable place to stay

Would come back to the hotel in a heartbeat! Located close to everything in Waikiki a half block each way from the main streets on a relatively quiet road. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a good hotel. Good customer service, and the bathroom was clean, but appeared a little outdated. The bathtub was cracked, which didn't make me want to take a bath. The toilet wouldn't flush, but after speaking someone to the front desk, it was attended to almost immediately by maintenance, so there's points back to the hotel for that.

Great place to stay in Waikiki

The staff here was overall great. Friendly and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat. You are so close to everything that Waikiki has to offer, on a street that is quiet!

After arriving at night, we were told there was no parking available. I was told to park 3 blocks away at their sister facility and then walk my 4 children and all of our luggage to the hotel we were booked in. Parking was $45/night. The room was dingy throughout, the lanai door lock did not work, and the bathroom/shower was in very poor shape. The complementary breakfast was sugary cereal, packaged Hostess donuts, and the kind of fruit cups that children pack in their lunchboxes. I will not stay there again.
