I was a little nervous reading through other reviews but this place was perfect for our stay! It’s only like a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, close to International Market, bus stops. If you’re going to Hawaii on a budget like us, this is your place! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Even has a stove/fridge. We were making s’mores every night :) The hotel gives you a snack bag every morning too and refreshments in the lobby.

There’s lots of places to eat. I used the bus system to get around 90% of the time . The times I needed a vehicle was the family outings.

Appreciated that the room had space for our family of 6 and how close it was to Waikiki but everything else was pretty mediocre. No major issues it's just sort of run down and at the time of our stay we didn't have hot water to our room. I don't think I'd come back

The air conditioning was not working and it was suggested to open the windows for air. The street noise was unbearable and I decided to leave and find a different hotel within a few hours. I was not offered any compensation or resolution

It looks likes its a good deal on expedia with their nightly rates but what they dont tell you is when you bring your rental car, they do not have self parking lot. It should be explained on their ad or website that they dont have self parking and valet is the only option. And they charge you $45 per day for valet… and you cant find a parking outside the hotel because you are in middle of downtown Waikiki. i get the convenience of hotel location, but also show to customers and let us know that you dont have self parking and Valey is the only option at $45 a night. Thats all im saying

Walkability to beach, stores and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a constant hammering noise most of the days of our 11 days stay. Needs bathroom renovation. Air con leaking. Cockroaches are seen in the kitchenette cupboards.

Central location to Waikiki. I booked this property specifically for the kitchenette use to save $ on eating out. There were no pots/pans or utensils in the room or available from the property when we asked for some, which made it useless. We'll not stay here again.

The price was RIGHT and location location location. It was enough for what I needed, a place close to everything and in my budget. Sheets and towels and soaps never failed. The actual carpet and baseboards and wall trim and curtains could use updating, but if you don’t mind a bit of a flashback to 90s hotels and bed a safe place to rest after being steps away from the beach and dining all day, it’s perfect. I had one issue with my room assignment but Ethan at the front desk was calm and patience and empathetic which made me love this place. They are human beings who care!
