We have been coming for a three generation holiday every year to this location. Until this wicked rainstorm that we had that flooded a third of our unit and took three days to dry up, causing some bugs, etc., and nowhere to relocate this place has been phenomenal… I am so hoping to get some restitution for this And will let you know as soon as I do

Front desk Ethan was awesome he took care of us also the valet people they were awesome kind and patient and very aloha and as for the room the 481 the bathroom doesn’t even close at all and they didn’t have blankets for the pull out couch bed they said they ran out.😳

Hotel is very old and in serious need of remodel. Location is great though. We arrived in waikiki one day early and booked this for one night. I wouldnt stay more than one night. Lots of food close by and International Market is just across the street. An easy walk through the market to Waikiki and the beach. Perfect! However the hotel room was pretty gross. Very old bathroom and the bed sloped to the middle very bad. They do give you a nice snack pack in the morning, 2 cans of juice, 2 granola bars, and 2 bags of chips. Staff were friendly and helpful. Budget hotel in a great location

We had a great stay here, with only minor complaints... The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of all the action in Waikiki, with quick and easy walking to all the shopping and dining options one could want... The beach is a short walk, as well... The hotel is near and clean, though it shows it's age in places, not run-down just a bit shabby... The pool is nice, though a bit cold... That didn't stop my kids from enjoying it frequently... The shower in one of our rooms needed cleaned, it was full of sand... The water pressure in the shower in our other room was weak and it took a while to get warm... Those were our only complaints, the showers... Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would both stay again and recommend to others...
