Great customer service, they have awesome staff from parking attendant, front desk and other areas of the hotel. They are very accomodating but the only comment we have is that, hotel rooms need some renovation or upgrade when it comes to bathrooms, countertops, flooring and the little kitchen area.

Very old property sitting right next to a very old abandoned property. Requested a room change due to roaches, no AC, & no hot water. Second room had AC and very limited hot water, but still had roaches. I guess we got what we paid for, don’t make the same mistake that we did. Stay away from this place and pay extra to stay somewhere else.

The staff are very welcoming and very helpful.The hotel is very well located and you can get around safely on foot.The hotel is close to all shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel. Pool was rented out last night I was there so I didnt get to use it and the whole reason I picked this place. Room pictured in expedia was not room at all very out dated and smelled bad.Also asked for a pot to boil water and they never brought it.

Location is prime. Staff spent 2 hours after checking us in to find us another room because ac was broken and outlets didn’t work to change our things. Certain staff member was rude and treated us like we were trash. But she catered to her race. I would never recommend that hotel.

Had a stove in the room but not utensils, had to go done the the front desk, limited plates in room. Couldn’t really have a meal in room let alone breakfast. Parking was $45 US per night extra
