Great stay
Small kitchen stocked with two of everything we needed. We had a room on the 33rd floor and that was fun - views over the city. Bathroom was dated, but overall, it was a great stay and we'd stay here again. Laundry available which was convenient.

There were a lot of homeless people outside the hotel, especially on Bishop and Hotel Streets. On two occasions two homeless men were argumentative and rude to me. One asked me for money and when I refused he became very rude,

The deluxe suite was beautiful, complete and inviting. I had a very relaxing stay once inside my suite. The only drawback is thah downtown Honolulu can be rather rough, due to the many homeless people OUTSIDE, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

I am a 100 percent disabled veteran. On Sunday January 5th. I had the police called on me just for sitting with my back against marble wall trying to get relief for back pain by security and staff. I was not eating,drinking just trying to survive. Please call and tell them how disrespectful their behavior is.
