Outdated. Dirty and Uncomfortable

The decor is old and outdated, and looks dirty. The beds are very soft and uncomfortable. The sofa bed springs were falling apart, so I had to place the mattress on the floor for my daughter to sleep on. Towels are super thin and rough. I will not be staying at this property again.

Not so good Staff was friendly however rooms were small and out dated, and definitely need to be renovated, all furniture showing it age and worn, kitchen area missing essential items, microwave not working

Dirty carpet in hallways, my room was extremely hot, ac would cool down over night but only in living room, pool towels had to be checked out of front office (extremely inconvenient) especially coming from pool soaking wet and having to get in line at front office for towels. Parking was hit and miss. 35.00 a day be prepared to pay if you don’t there’s a $90 surcharge if you don’t pay the same day. Location was pretty good

Amazing, except parking

Everything by was amazing. Nothing could beat the view we had! We had City view and it was so beautiful! Beds were a tad hard but nothing to complain about. They randomly gave us News Papers everyday for some reason. Security guard can use some upgrades… there was one night the security person was fast asleep at their desk. The real complaint I had though was the miscommunication of hotel parking and the kiosk. Most of the trip the kiosk in the lobby was broken. The person working at the parking gate kept telling us to use the kiosk, but we kept saying it was broken with a sign on it. The person then proceeded to say you need to talk to the manager in the lobby… we’ve mentioned that we’ve talked to them prior and that they have nothing to do with it, and need to talk to the person in the parking lot… in the end, at least we were just charged the $35 for being hotel guests like intended.
