It is obviously an old facility. With that being said, the location is great. The view from the 10th floor is magnificent. Could use some refurbishment, but would stay there again.

The only concern i had was with the Mattress. The Mattress in the room i had was very thin and worn. I suggest this Mattress be replaced.

Loved the location, staff were very friendly. Room decor was a bit "tired", but clean and comfortable. Booked through 3rd party and did not get room promised. Luckily I had printed receipt when asked to pay a higher amount. I paid extra to have balcony and tub, our room had neither. Although my spouse's arthritis would have appreciated the tub, our windows had much better view than "city view" balcony rooms. We were also at end of outdoor corridor, the quietest area available. Park & Zoo across the street, beach one short block away, Bus routes within a block. Would gladly refer friends stay here...but book through the property if feasible.

Roaches, had to move three times to find a room without roaches. Cleaning fee of $250. There is NO service in room. The condition in the room was ok upon arrival, but clearly not totally clean. The windows dont seal shut so you hear everything, even on the 5th anf 6th floors

There was a surprise cleaning fee that you had to pay at the time of check in and you needed to also make a parking reservation which isnt on your site when you make the reservation

The location is very convenient and close to Waikiki beach and many food options shopping. Staff was very kind. Room seemed very clean, ac worked great. The view was very beautiful, and the patio was a nice plus. We were able to get free parking a couple of blocks down, which the staff recommended. If you don’t mind walking I think it’s a great option! Be aware that there is a nightclub below so if you are sensitive to noise that may be something to note, but it didn’t bother me! One thing I do wish was that maybe an email could have been sent out before hand to explain the check in process a bit more because it was a little confusing at first with the desk being located on the fifth floor, but again nothing to really complain about! I was even able to get early check in which was great! Had a lovely time! I think it is a reasonable option for the price!

I have stayed at various rooms at this property. Most Rooms are privately owned and rented different ways. This room was this first without an ocean view. It was larger too. Nice kitchen, microwave. Was short on utensils. Rug was worn but ok. LOVE the 1/2 block to beautiful swimming beach and other water activities. Steps to many different places to eat. Frequent buses to almost everywhere. Will stay again.

Roxy and Williams were great and very helpful. I got a nice free beach tote with stay and free drink coupon for bar. Room was very clean and nice view of diamond head and beach from balcony.
