This hotel is located near the canal. It is surprisingly clean and nice. Hotel is older, as you could tell in the photos. Valet parking is $40 (Nov 2024) There is a nice glass kettle, tea bags, proper (stainless steel) cutlery and ceramic plates, which are all a very nice touch. Coffee is served all day, there's a Laundromat on the ground floor. We also left our 3 boogie boards there because they let their guests take out boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas for free. Out of the 3 hotels (shoreline, best western plaza and coconut) we stayed in, we liked this one the best and will book again when we return.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff - everything you need for a stay in Hawaii. Walkable to everything around Waikīkī, and even free fresh popcorn at 2:30pm each arvo was a nice touch!!

It was the perfect stay for us! We liked the convenience of being so close to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The employees we interacted with also made the stay even better with their kindness and hospitality! Annie and Linda plus Robert with valet were exceptional! Staff very attentive and fast to our requests. Love that they have refill station at the lobby and coffee, tea and popcorn in the afternoon. Location is great. Although facility dated , it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable

Great location by the canal. Quieter but still very near central Waikiki. Hotel is clean. We had a twin room which was big and had a balcony. Little kitchenette in the room is handy. Staff are very accommodating.

I was upgraded to the penthouse which was a lovely surprise however I couldnt believe how noisy it was due to the traffic! The staff were excellent and very helpful but the hotel itself appears in need a bit of an uplift. The location was just off the main beach area but still easy to walk to and close to all the shops.
