We are a family of 5 and there was something for everyone. Highlights: Friendly staff and service, the daily breakfast, and the happy hour with live music every evening. Only big bummer: Unexpected daily hotel valet fee of an eye-popping $60 per day. Ugh! Skip the car and save a bunch of money.

Great location and amenities. Breakfast was basic but decent and great to have included. Balcony is tiny. Rooms are spacious. Sofa bed was comfortable. Pool area is nice! Free drinks for guests at happy hour were a lovely bonus! I’d definitely choose to stay again.

The hotel and property are well maintained. The free drinks and breakfast were amazing. I found the people at the concierge desk were rude when we decided to not go with their inflated priced excursion packages. I also think the overnight parking is overpriced, especially considering the resort is not directly on the beach, like other similarly priced hotels.

The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. The front desk staff acknowledged our son's birthday and provided a small present for him. Our room attendant always offered to come and do a quick clean of the bath and trash, replenishing towels. She always greeted us in the hallway with a smile! Breakfast was a great benefit considering the cost of restaurants in the area. They had an omelet station everyday, and most days provided pancakes, French toast, or waffles. The one downfall was the elevator was down most of our stay and we use stairs. Not a big problem for us but those who had immobility issues were left waiting for an elevator until one became available. They did offer the service elevator to help reduce the wait time, but still took a while to be able to use it. I'm assuming this is not an everyday issue; the mechanic staff indicated parts were not avaialable. Overall, with the convenience of shops, restaurants, proximity to the beach and other places to go, I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with made to order eggs/omelets and the staff working was very friendly. The property is an easy block walk to the ocean where we saw the beautiful sunset, turtles and enjoyed the beach. The pool, hot tub and sun deck was a great area to enjoy as well. Our room was beautifully decorated with new stylish mirrors, a hula girl lamp, nice towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash were hanging in the shower and by the sink. Our one bedroom suide had a little kitchenette area with a sink and microwave. We loved the vacation and can't wait to go back!

We did a one night staycation and had a great time. The pool is lacking compared to other resorts but all in all the location and amenities were very nice. We came as a family of 5 and the room fit all of us well. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Great for families! The suites are spacious and clean. It’s great having a bedroom and living room space that is divided by a wall. Kids can go to bed, and the adults can stay up in the living room. The included breakfast was ok, but it has a little something for everyone. The hotel is very walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

We loved our stay. It was so convenient for walks to beach, parks, restaurants, shaved ice and shopping. We loved the morning free breakfast. The refreshment evening. There's even a gym and a washroom

Front desk service was bad, valet parking was horrible they told us we couldn’t park our van there yet they had another van parked there over night. When I tried talking to them about it they were rude and said it was owner’s property Which was BS. We got stuck in the elevator with our kids and maintenance seemed bother. Elevators were broken most of the time. On checkout day I waited over 20 mins for the elevator by the time it got to second floor it was full. Housekeeping I have no complains..

Overall the hotel was ok. The aloha building was old and worn down. We stayed in the 18th floor and since there was patio inspection/construction, we did not have patio access. We were not notified about this and the staff tried to say “this is a busy weekend for us.”I wish I booked the hotel across the street, around same price but seemed much nicer. The room smelled bad when we first checked in. I wasn’t a fan of the food either, it was bland, the fruits were good. It’s an ok hotel but there are better for the same price in the area.
