Mattresses should have been changed out 500 guests ago, clean glasses to drink out of had dried chunks in them.. super gross. Someone came and changed them out but I was already disgusted. They have free breakfast which was great for the budget but found dirty dishes there too. Loved the evening free drinks at the pool. Saved money there too! Great walkability to everything!

Excellent customer service, complimentary breakfast buffet is wonderful, location is perfect, close to the beach and to the mall. Safe neighborhood where my kids are comfortable to walk around by themselves.

The Best Hotel in Waikiki

From the moment our family arrived the valet was terrific - helping us take our luggage and giving us directions to check in. We couldn’t have found a better person to check us in. She was fantastic. Very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Helped us figure out what we can do and talked about her experience with keiki hula and merrie monarch. Then the breakfast was amazing. The staff was very helpful with seats, etc. our grandchildren loved the pool, etc

Embassy at Waikiki Walk offers a convenient location for walking to multiple shops, restaurants, and the beach. The morning breakfast, especially the omlette station, is great compared to the traditional continental breakfasts. The happy hour cocktails and light snacks is a nice added touch. The valet parking makes parking a breeze. The staff is warm and welcoming with a family friendly atmosphere. There are only two small elevators in the tower we stayed at. It can become quite packed or take some time to arrive depending on the time of day. The rooms themselves are clean with a small fridge, microwave and sink. The facilities are a little outdated but are maintained. Overall, my family and I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. Recommend to families and those wanting to stay central in Waikiki.
