Overall, a really nice hotel. It was clean, the pool was nice, and the staff members were professional. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and the beach is a pretty quick walk. I wish there were more elevators, but the elevators themselves are very fast. Parking is expensive, but that's true in much of Honolulu.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better – it’s perfectly situated, close to everything we needed, making our vacation so much easier. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered all the amenities we could ask for. As a family with four young children, vacations can sometimes feel a bit stressful, but this hotel made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The yoga classes were a wonderful bonus, and the kids absolutely loved the kid-friendly activities and the well-thought-out amenities for families. What truly impressed us was the exceptional service. Even after we checked out, the hotel graciously allowed us to use the facilities and provided us with a private room to shower before our late flight. This thoughtful gesture really made a difference and added to our wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back – it was an unforgettable stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this property , it was safe to walk around lots of things to do, and the Breakfast included and Happy hour with drinks and live music was awesome, all the staff was nice especially everyone in the Breakfast area. Michael was one of the best Omelet makers there👏. We would definitely book again. Great experience overall.

Sooo , location is awesome, the rooms bit outdated but beds comfy, breakfast options decent esp with picky kids, beach nearby, staff super friendly and nice. Only minus to this place we had no handwash in our bathrooms apart from that super deffo recommend ! Kids loved it too

It was very nice. First time in Hawaii. 5 minutes walk to the beach, shopping center within minutes. Stuff was nice. Every time we called for things they brought it up right away. Breakfast, not to many options but you can’t beat free. Over all good experience. Just take lots of money with you and ask your credit card company to raise your limit! It’s not cheap to dine and wine out there. Every thing is double. Enjoy….

This is for Aloha tower - Pros: Location, price, cleanliness, breakfast, 2 free drinks daily, staff. Cons: Elevator wait times, monotone breakfast (eggs everyday), people ordering multiple omelette servings, so that the breakfast line is effectively longer and takes forever. Weird smell in room, so that we had to keep balcony door open, which incresed the outside noise. Speaking of the noise, I would like to meet the engineer that decided to install jet engine ACs below the hotel so that the guests can enjoy serious noise 24/7.

Shelton, Mike, Alma, Otto! Amazing people. They made our stay so much better. The convenience of location is a must. The included breakfast is fantastic. Especially when traveling with family, being able to have a hearty breakfast was great. Thank you, guys! We will definitely come back!

Location was close to everything. Beaches and restaurant were few minutes walking distance. Loved the free made to order breakfast. Omlette bar was my favorite.

Great for a family. A block or so off the beach in a terrifically walkable and safe shopping and restaurant area with a lot to see, do, and experience. Wonderful hearty breakfast included in the room rate— best we have had at a hotel, with made-to-order omelettes, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, and even some regular and interesting foods like miso soup and fried rice. There is also a complementary cocktail hour from 5:30-7:30pm each night and we got four drink tickets. Two per person per night. The drinks were STRONG! Options were beer, wine, blue Hawaiian, Mai tai or rum punch. They were not stingy in the booze department. Live entertainment during the cocktail hour as well. The hotel is centrally located and we could walk to a lot of food options, including a really cool Asian food court a couple blocks away (Stix), an amazing waffle and Acai bowl shop in the same food court area (Waffle and Berry) and more fancy Oceanside sunset dinner options like House Without A Key and Dukes. There is a really cool surf school and coffee shop on site called Big Wave Dave’s and my kids enjoyed a surf lesson as well as some banana bread. The coffee was also good. A very fun area. The only reason we gave four stars instead of five is because the hotel isn’t directly on the beach and it’s a bit of a walk to get to Waikiki. Which was VERY CROWDED. The beach directly across the street is small and crowded so you really have to walk about 7-8 min to Waikiki and then battle the crowds.
