The rooms are outdated interior and exterior. I had two bed bugs in my room, plus mold, room smelled stale .I switch rooms and it wasn’t better… I normally don’t write a bad review but this is ridiculous. You show pics on the website that doesn’t look like any of the actual room. I checked out the next day because they wouldn’t give me my money back for the night. It was my first time visiting Hawaii and I would never stay here again or refer anyone to book a stay. I’m totally disgusted and displeased with this property.

Honestly for the price it's not bad but don't expect any premiere service or rooms. AC was wonderful and the beds themselves are nice but the bathroom water can be a bit "harsh" and sometimes the lights will flicker. There is a paid parking lot but do bear in mind that you can sometimes be trapped by Garbage disposal trucks when leaving at certain time, due to the one way street to the hotel.The staff are friendly and very helpful and although they offer laundry machines, you will have to run around a bit between floors. Overall it's not bad but it's not amazing.

Awesome location. Amazing food trucks right out front. You get what you pay for. Great deal, stayed here twice and will again if I want to be in Waikiki close to the beach.

The place was having a sale so decided to book. There were roaches in my bathroom & living room, on top of paying for your stay, they want you to pay extra for parking, if you park overnight on the street make sure to wake up early on you will have a ticket. Woke up to the people across the hall from me yelling and arguing while cursing

Only positive was that the staff was really helpful and friendly. I got a king bed room and the room was way more dated and run down than the photos shown. Also, the room had a bad odor. The worst part was the cost. This room was $20 dollars less than the surrounding properties but it should be been way less.

Everything was decently clean and the staff was nice. The rooms were very dated though and the kitchenette seemed like an afterthought but it worked. I do not consider this property to offer parking. There is a VERY small parking garage on the first floor with only a few spots. If you can get a spot that's great, but don't count on it. Maybe call ahead to see if it's open. The tight one-way street in front has a few paid parallel spots in front. Most likely they'll have you park at the Aston parking ramp about a block away for $25/day. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, the zoo, and a park once you're there though.

The only negative thing is they could have done a better job at cleaning the room. Their was dust on the lamp shades. It just seemed like they do the basic change of bed sheets and vacuum and clean the bathroom. Overall great place to stay!! Very much worth the price. I like to stay at the end of the Waikiki strip near the zoo. This was a great location for me and my family. The staff was very friendly. And very accommodating. This is a no frills hotel. You get what you pay for. It's almost more motel style. I got the one bedroom suite that had two twin beds in the main room. It had a little fridge and kitchenette. This is not a hotel room that you'll spend all day in. And you're in Hawaii so you shouldn't spend all day in your hotel room anyways. The hotel is off of Cartwright which is a one-way street so just be aware of that. They're also three or four food trucks on the street that offered really great food options! But there's also lots of sit-down restaurants in the area too. I will definitely be staying here again.
