Extended my stay in Waikiki for a couple days & wanted to try the pods. Pros: All the staff were great. Cons: Absolutely terrible night experience. Too many women coming in & out, the noise of the door opening & closing throughout the night and some people are just completely inconsiderate, making noise, talking on their phone as if they're in their own private room. The next day I asked the front desk for ear plugs & an eye mask & had a decent nights sleep. Also wasn't a fan of the bathroom access being down the hall instead of connected to the womens room. With so many women, the bathroom sink area was always dirty & the floor & showers were covered in hair. Also being that the pods were designed more for people coming & going on business, there are strict rules like no wet clothing allowed in the rooms and there isn't extra space to hang clothing. If you go swimming you can sign up to use the dryer. The pod experience just wasn't for me.

Clean room, kind and helpful staff, the location and convenience. Also has all the basic needs you’d need such as a fridge, microwave, and other things so you don’t have to go out and eat every night. Can do a cheap meal like a ramen bowl from a convenience store.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations at all. The capsule had no soundproofing, making it difficult to rest, and the bed felt extremely thin and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was barely functional, leaving the space warm and stuffy. Although I had planned to stay for a week, I couldn’t even make it through the first night. I decided to leave early as the overall experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again—there are far better and more affordable options available than these capsules.

As a solo traveler, this was perfect! Location was exceptional with food, beach, coffee shops all nearby. Everything on site was very secure and easy to manage with door codes.

Good place, it’s just the inconvenience of guest going and coming in late at night. Didn’t get quiet until about 12am. You hear zippers from luggage the whole time. I had to be up at 3:30 am due to flight.

The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortsble. Luckily I only stayed for one night because I wouldn't have been able to stay a second night. The beds were to hard, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pillows were to soft which didn't give any neck support. This made my neck hurt the next day. There was only one pillow, if I had maybe 3 pillows it may not have been an issue in the pillow department.

I think if you are a single young person on a budget it isn't a bad experience. It is just like college. You share a large area and the "pods" are like bunk beds. What I didn't care for was how firm the beds were and you really didn't get privacy. I ended up leaving after one night because I am too old climbing into a top pod.

Had an overnight layover and didn't wanna pay an arm and a leg for a regular hotel and found this pod and thought "I'm by myself and it's only 14 hours, give it a try" Staff was nice, dunno the guys name but he showed me where the bathroom, lounge, lockers, room etc... Room was clean, enough space to sit up and stretch out (5'9) , easy to connect my earbuds to the TV. Overall you do hear the doors open and close at times but all the pods were taken and it was overall very quiet and I had a solid night's sleep. Bathrooms were clean and great bidet, shower was overall clean, could use a scrub but I was fine. Wide range of ages and ethnicity which was nice to see. Location is a block from the beach and central Waikiki. Check in instructions via email are straight forward Background - 40s male, I usually stay at Marriott (Titanium status) and overall for price, convenience, location, I would stay here again if needed.
