Best hotel ive stayed at in Waikiki. New rooms, very clean, friendly and attentive staff, and great facilities. We had a late flight and they even have a room and showers you can use until you leave. Very nice rooms, however the balcony on the city view side is very small. The king size bed seemed a little smaller than other kings. Overall very good, will definitely go back.

This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. . . EVER. The staff was amazing and the customer service was top tier! The amenities were also very nice, the room was clean, and staff was very attentive. I constantly talked about how impressed I was with our stay while there. Such a beautiful stay! You can tell this hotel prides itself on providing a luxury experience. The rooms were super clean and immaculate, the location was perfect and we loved the bakery downstairs!
