What a beautiful property with the perfect amenities. Location and walk ability was perfect for our family with kiddos. I loved that across the street there was live local musicians. Highly recommend!

Very secure, staff is amazing, food and shopping all around is fantastic. Tours don’t pickup at this location, but they do within walking distances. Would be nice if they had transportation to and from the airport.

Loved the look and cleanliness of this hotel. Housekeeping rarely made it by before 4pm, which was when we would be getting ready for dinner. 2 days they did not even come. Had to call for towels daily. Also, check-in process was a bit silly. They absolutely will not give you a room 1 minute early. They had 10 different couples/families sitting around waiting, then around 3pm magically they could help us one at a time. Believe me the hotel was NEVER that busy. The Concierge were AMAZING!! They made everything about our stay there great! Always smiling, saying hi, giving us beach bags, towels, beach mats and umbrellas! Without them it would have just been another average hotel!

Best hotel ive stayed at in Waikiki. New rooms, very clean, friendly and attentive staff, and great facilities. We had a late flight and they even have a room and showers you can use until you leave. Very nice rooms, however the balcony on the city view side is very small. The king size bed seemed a little smaller than other kings. Overall very good, will definitely go back.

This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. . . EVER. The staff was amazing and the customer service was top tier! The amenities were also very nice, the room was clean, and staff was very attentive. I constantly talked about how impressed I was with our stay while there. Will definitely recommend and return if the opportunity presents itself.
