I would just like to say, for hotels like these who are hidden behind other buildings and parking lots, they should not be able to state they have “partial ocean view rooms” and ask for an increased price. I was hopeful that I would be able to see the water and although we could, it was a great distance and having to pay extra for a mediocre view is like taking your guests money. Also, since your hotel is valet only and guests don’t have a way of getting to their own cars at their preferred time, the valet staff should be nice and not have attitude when we ask for our car at 11pm at night. I found that this hotel should accommodate to their guests when they are here for a relaxed vacation. Though I do want to say, this hotel was near many different food places, shopping, and downtown. I would not recommend this hotel to others, and for myself, I will not be staying here again.

Great location, friendly staff. Lots of amenities like free sunscreen and towels at the hotel, and also daily credits for free chairs/umbrellas/paddleboard rentals etc. for a place beside the beach. A little bit noisy (hallway noise and outside noise). Ask for a higher floor to reduce the outside noise at least.

Fantastic location! International Marketplace with loads of dining options on your doorstep. An easy stroll to the beach & the trolley bus to Ala Moana mall is a 2 min walk away. The room was a generous size, spotlessly clean & surprisingly quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay and not break the bank

This place has been recently remodeled. I really liked my partial ocean view suite. I was on Floor 17, and had a decent view. The pool bar had a good Happy Hour special from 4pm to 8pm, with a double shot just $3 more. The pool was nice, and their is a billiards table there too!. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge, which we definitely appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, and between the 4 pillows, I found 2 I really liked. So many great places for food and drinks nearby, and close enough to the beach as well. I think I found my new favorite place in Waikiki!

I've stayed at this property a few times, each experience has been different. Last time I was told I'd be comped a few nights because of an issue I had but it hasn't happened. This time the staff in the lobby were not friendly, as if I was bothering them, wasn't recognized as a Hilton Member. The floor in my room was pretty dirty (I had spilled something and when I wiped it up with a wet towel the towel was filthy). The property itself is great, convenient location to anything you'd want to do, the valet staff was friendly but it's mandatory to use valet and is roughly $50/nt. to use it. I was there for business so the view from my room wasn't too important, the elevators were quick. All-in-all it was a good visit this time, I'd recommend it.

The property was nice and not overpriced. If you have a beachside room, you can see the beach from the balcony. It does not sit on the beach, but it's within walking distance. It is in the heart of the shopping area and restaurants. Overall, it was a good stay. I would stay again.
