In the heart of Waikiki, what to dislike? It was perfectly located with many choices for dinning and drinks. The hotel is slightly older though still able to maintain the Hilton quality and prestige.

Compact, dark, outdated rooms that shouldn’t be considered “suites”, mediocre customer service with no “aloha” and lack of amenities for the $40 per day resort fees. Had to teach the front desk about the new self parking and was still charged after I was informed it would be comped.My family visits Hawaii every year but will never book here again, considering all the other options nearby for the price and experience received. Disappointing to say the least…
