This was our second time staying at the Hilton Wikiki Village. We definitely rate it 10 out of 10. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Very convenient shops and restaurants.

We had a great vacation! The staff overall was very friendly. The only exception was a couple of the servers in The Tropics restaurant. There was only 1 operating hot tub (in the all ages areas) and the Paradise Pool was pretty dirty at times. It was great being right on the beach.

Great resort with unlimited shops but very expensive food and drinks. The lagoon is more like a lake and not magical as the photos show. We only found 1 water bottle filling station but it was not cold. I would have liked to see ice near by since it was not cold and the lobby area does not include complimentary water or coffee.. We did not eat on the resort due to the very expensive prices.($18 Açaí bowl, $29 omelet, $18 prepackaged salad) Would be nice to see at least a couple reasonable cost eateries. To add the breakfast to our stay it was approx $50 per person per meal so that was not an option. The pools had lots of sand and the 1 pool with slides was very crowded with very limited hours for slide use.. very limited shade near beach so bring a pop up of some sort because the per day rental umbrella $65 and $25 per beach chair per day..I did go to Walmart 1st day by Lyft to get drinks, snacks and snorkel gear which they also had low cost souvenirs and macadamia.. There was no microwave in room or lobby which was inconvenient for leftovers so we wasted lots of food.. despite all of this I will stay again and hope to see some improvements.

This resort is great for a true getaway vaca , flip side you won’t want to leave the resort because it has so much to enjoy couldn’t decide to spend time at the resort or sight see . Only down side was no microwave so you’re forced to eat out and that can get price with a family of 5 . Also I’d like to have more pool time many close early and only three hot tub options which also get closed early . Alfred the maintenance man who can to our room for assistance you are awesome thank you so much for giving us an insight to your home and life here in Hawaii <3

The hotel staff were great, always available to help. The room was nice and large enough to accommodate 3 women. The bathroom tub could use a skid proof mat to prevent slipping. We loved that the beach was a few steps away. Unfortunately, the daily cost to rent a beach lounger and umbrella was outrageous! We ended up with a weekly rental from Snorkel Bob’s which cost less than a daily rental at the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay.
