Great personnel, One issue that was remedied

The staff exhibited a welcoming demeanor, although communication occasionally presented challenges. The initial day's buffet did not meet expectations due to the temperature of the food. However, the subsequent day, the management team remedied by authorizing the provision of a hot breakfast option.

Great and nice service. Housekeeping cleaned well even with all the sand in the room and bathroom. I just noticed the furniture was a bit dated and worn, along with the drapes. But overall, very clean. Great amenities.

Overall, if you are looking to have a great time in Hawaii without completely breaking your bank, this is the spot. People are nice and give amazing tips on how to genuinely enjoy Hawaii. And there are amazing food truck spots in the area. 10/10 recomend!!!

The stay was pretty good and the staff was friendly. However, there was one night where the AC and the hot water was not working. My family had to shower in cold water. Other than that everything was great.
