You pay for the valet, but it is not even guaranteed that you will get a spot rooms are too small little bit different than the pictures. Breakfast is not the best but the great location.

The staff was excellent very friendly and accommodating only thing we dislike is the property was so dusty the carpet you can tell not being washed at all and the Airconditioning was very loud and it’s like blowing a dust because me and my partner keep sneezing my rhinitis get worse every time were inside the room over all it was ok 6 out of 10

The property is accessible to shopping Mall and 5-10 minutes walk to Waikiki Beach. It is also close to the bus stop to go to the bigger shopping mall(Ala Moana Shopping center). The property is a bit outdated, the dining chairs need replacement aside from that the breakfast is unexpectedly great as there are lots of choices. If you have kids you can even take out some of their yogurt, milk boxes, soya milk and some fruits for a snack at the beach. The staff are helpful.

This hotel is very nice. Our room had an incredible view of Waikiki from the 29th floor. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options. Our only complaint was that the bed, sheets, pillows, etc always felt damp. Even with the AC on, it was just muggy everywhere.

Loved this hotel. Clean, nice staff and the walking distance was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing. Stay here!! If you have a van, due to the height, you might have to concider the valet from across the hotel. Great experience.

Shower is not good, hidden fees.
Cold shower, and A/C is dirty, it would make you cough. Shower, again, cold water at peak hours. Only saving grace is breakfast and pool facility. Parking fee is around 50 dollars a day, there is hidden maintenance fee you will be charged. Around 30 dollars a day.
