Had a full size SUV for the trip, whole family. Only limited parking spaces for these types of taller vehicles, tahoes, expedition, grand wagoneer. And the parking spaces are marked for LARGE SUV and Vans. But every single day, there’s a puny little car parked there. Would be nice if they put a cone there or at least tell people not to park there if you have a little car.

The parking was terrible especially if you have children. I was highly disappointed about the parking situation. I had to park down the street with my 8 month old and walked half a mile and there was a shooting. I heard 3 gun shots and saw a man run in front of me and my child. It was scary. Every night I woke up soaked from being in a room with a swamp cooler and I had severe anxiety due to the dirty small room with hardly any oxygen. I was very upset

The photos online do not match the actual room. Our room was tiny, like a Harry Potter closet. For a room to offer 2 beds, it sure doesn’t fit the people that could use those beds. There was no room to even turn around. Additionally, the AC unit was right next to the bed- like right up on it. So the AC ran in my ear l night long- so awkward.

The main thing I did not like are all the extra fees. Definitely took away from the overall experience when you pay a daily resort fee, $50 to park, and nothing is really “included”. There was mention of workout classes on their site and when I asked about that they said they didn’t have those but had a gym. When I asked about laundry which is is listed as an amenity included in your resort fee, I was told you also have to pay extra for that. There is literally nothing included at this “resort” so expect to pay extra for every little thing. The one thing included is breakfast which is not great. Very mass produced, previously frozen type of food. Overall the staff were very friendly and kind. Wished the windows of my room had been clean.

The room is small but managable. The washroom is very small and it is the smallest which I have seen in any such hotel. Breakfast is good but its observed that they are not able to keep the items for the entire breakfast time. They are reluctant to fill up the empty containers.
