It was very noisy, I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones, was either the air conditioning or hum of the fridge. The swimming pool was very small and the only shaded areas around the pool you had to pay $100 to sit there. The safe in our room did not work. The hotel staff were not very helpful. The room was clean but the bathroom quite dated. There is no phone in the room or coffee and tea facilities.

All the staff were phenomenal, the room and facilities were kept very clean and the location is close to shopping and a short walk to the beach. The building is older and the parking garage is tricky to get to because you can only access it going one direction. The laundry is located in the parking garage and you have to pay which was different than my experience at another hotel. I am comparing it to our stay at a brand new resort across the street. The value was there for Waikīkī but I would spend a little more next time.

My boyfriend and I were traveling here from Minnesota and stayed for 7 days! We loved staying at Hotel La Croix! It was clean, staff were very friendly and everything was easy to navigate. Clean rooms and nice balcony view! Pool is awesome and the bartenders were so nice and welcoming! Would 100% stay here again!

The people of Hawaii and the hotel staff in particular were amazing. Such great experiece from check in to check out. The hotel was in a great area, parking with valet was always a breeze, and I enjoyed being on a high floor with a terrace. The only complaint I have was that the AC was not cooling the room. We sleep cold to be comfortable and had the AC on 62 and turbo and we were still sweating. The trip was so fast paced i didnt mention anything since it was a quick stay but for the price.I do expect absolute perfection. All in all I would return and I would recommend the hotel to others.

This hotel is in very poor condition. The facilities are run-down, the bathroom is covered in rust and grime, and the kitchenette is poorly equipped.

Hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from Waikiki and close to all the shops and restaurants. Our rooms had good size with comfy beds. Only issue was the bathroom was a little small with an outdated bathtub. Parking was valet only but had no issue getting our car back in a timely matter. Nice, convenient hotel for a fair price.

The staff went above and beyond to make my honeymoon perfect. We had a great view where we could see the beach from the shower. Two balconies, air conditioning worked great. Would 100% stay again.
