Nice hotel at an excellent location with a great selection of things to do. Nice welcome goodie bag and a daily credit for the lobby bar. Pool and beach accessories that you can borrow are a great add on and all stated in a nice and clear information sheet.

Traveled with my daughters and they both had a great time. It was an easy walk to the beach. We got an upgrade to our room which was nice. They were able to accommodate a late check out because our flight left so late. The free breakfast was great too. We would definitely come back!

We had an exceptional experience at Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach even before we arrived. Their communication was prompt and responsive, making our trip planning stress-free. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. It's a very family-friendly hotel, and the breakfast staff was especially amazing, making mornings a delight. We're extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Waikiki!

There were only two elevators in the property very slow and long wait times for elevators. Pool is tiny and very crowded. This is probably the worst Hyatt I have stayed at. The room is also not well lit and very dark.

Ok - so its Waikiki, so there is no bad. The staff is EXCELLENT, the $5 daily credit for snacks and water and the beach towel services are nice, the refillable water stations are apreciated and very convenient and we got our leis thru the hotel lei making class. (Sheryl was wonderful) Overall we were very pleased. Things that would have put us over the top: - advertise the destination fee (we were surprised at the$200 fee) - fix the elevators or provide a place to sit on each floor while you wait. Literally waiting a consistent 10 minutes for an elevator is too much - cook the scrambled eggs longer - I don't know anyone who likes slimy scrambled eggs and maybe stock the plateware better.

Perfect location, 3 blocks from the beach, food truck right outside, dominos inside the hotel, food is reasonably priced at the bar (get the wings).
