I definitely recommend this hotel, front desk was super nice and helpful, specially Grace, she was very friendly and helpful. My room was small but they accommodated for us to be pleasant and for my kids to be able to have their own space. We stayed in room 2568. Also bell desk employees were super nice. They hold our luggage. Very attentive and super friendly!!!

We came back to this hotel as we’ve been here before and really enjoyed it the first time. This time around we found 3 cockroaches on our bed and 2 cockroaches in the bathroom area. We had a really bad problem with itchy skin and my husband my 3 year old and I were itching and had rashes our entire stay. Towards the end of our stay we started finding cockroaches. I’m not sure if that is what our itching and rashes were from but it was a bit bothersome. Also this time they put us on the 5th floor which didn’t give us the balcony that we love. Also they had construction going on so that was a big inconvenient. Also this time around we had to adjust the sliding glass door to make sure it didn’t bang around and whistle. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be choosing this location again.

The hotel is way overcrowded. Very loud noise until 2pm at night, everyday. Not very clean and dated! We received the room with wet carpet throughout. AC worked all day and night and could not keep up. The Hotel charged $57 per day fees and could not explain what those are?! There was no parking and we had to use valet parking with cost us extra $70 per night. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Way overpriced.

What an amazing property! Other reviews said the rooms were dated but I don’t know why! The rooms were super clean spacious and great views!! Everyone who worked there showed my family and I true Hawaiian hospitality!! Will definitely come back! Great location and amenities! This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. The staff here is TOP NOTCH ALOHA. When I shared a challenge with management they were SWIFT to help and resolve it. This Hyatt property really does their best to make you feel welcomed The only challenge with this resort is that it is aging and needs a bit of TLC. The elevator wait times can be a nightmare during high traffic times. With that said, the atrium is spectacular and the activities available at no cost are stellar. My family all made beautiful orchid leis! With regards to location, you really can't beat this location. It's a bit pricey but we enjoy it time and time again! p.s. There is a parking garage, but the parking fee is $50 per day and if you self-park, be aware that the parking stalls are very small and the garage itself is tight going up and down. Rent a SMALL car!
