The beds were terrible, very hard and could feel every spring. The elevators were hot and the escalator was broken at the entrance. Valets were rude and grouchy.

Very Friendly Staff! The room was clean and a staff member came to drop off extra sheets! My issue was that the bed was a little firm, but the sofa bed was comfortable. Good size room for a small family. Kitchen was decent and the 2 barstools are a nice feature for the kids to watch the adults cook. There are shops and an ice cream parlor on the bottom floor which was really nice! There is valet parking which is nice but I would rather get my own vehicle. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

The location is great and also the staff is super friendly and welcoming. However the room I was staying in was sold as renovated, but it wasn’t and it didn’t look like the pictures at all. The WiFi only works in the room. I feel like for what the hotel states that was too expensive. The elevators scared me they made weird noises and flashed a lot

Our room was fantastic!!!Has everything you needed to have a great experience.The hotel location was perfect. Close to so many amenities. You could walk , rent a bike , take a bus and uber. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will tell anyone going to Hawaii that they should consider the property!!!!

Great stay

My wife and I stayed in a Sunset Suite for 3 nights. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and great views of the marina, city and the Pacific Ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are shops and restaurants on site and plenty more walkable in the area.
