Great location. This hotel is located in a quiet end of Kalakaua Avenue away from the busiest foot traffic areas while close enough to shops, beach, and other attractions.

The property was a bit older but it was clean and within walking distance to the beach and shopping. I had a car and they had forced valet parking which was not my favorite but the guys were very sweet. I was in and out a lot so I had to tip more than expected.

Was surprised with 40$ per day wallet cost on top of resort fee. Resort offered very little to nothing for what I paid. Pool wasn’t kid friendly to begin with.

The staff were great. Some of the furniture & blinds need updating & fixing The bathroom should have a fan & a lot of the power switches are loose & need replacing. A smart TV is required this day & age & mount the TV so you can watch it from the lounge. A working bathtub would be great. Also make the washing machines & driers card accessible. Thank you

I went for a few days to celebrate my birthday and was welcomed very well by all staff. They gave me great pointers on what I should do, where I should eat etc. the friendly service made it that much better to stay there, I will definitely book again thank you all!

Receptionist Marvin is very accommodating and friendly , he’s an asset for his work he’s very knowledgeable. Staff also are very nice. The place is very clean and organized. Keep up the good work. Aloha! Mahalo!

Great place to stay, on site BBQ next to the pool. A short walk to the beach and fireworks show on Friday. Close to several restaurants and stores. The only thing that I wasn't aware of is that maid service is only included with a five day stay. Since we only wanted to stay the weekend for our daughter's birthday. We didn't get the house keeping. Next time we will plan accordingly.

A decent budget hotel
Properly is dated. Location is fair, not beach front but it’s about a 10 minute walk to the sand. The bed in the first room (1016) we were given had a wire sticking out of the mattress and since they didn’t have any other mattress we were moved to a new room.

We checked in and out room wasn't ready. The front desk was very kind. When we got to the room there was a shoe print on the tub, hair on the bed sheets, and there was even a piece of hair on the wall in the bathroom. One of the towels had a black stain on it. The microwave oven was useful and there were many utensils available. The beds were firm and we slept ok. Bellhop and valet were available and quick. Being at the edge of Waikiki, we're not in the middle of the hustle but close enough to get some good food and exercise. Location is prime. Aside from the cleanliness, we wouldn't mind going back again.
