The room was very clean and well appointed. Having staff service our room each day was lovely. Our room faced the busy street, however we did not hear the street noise, even on a busy street festival night.

The elevators were broken the entire week we stayed there, and it took us 15-20 minutes every time we wanted to go in or out. The cleaning service was terrible—we had to ask multiple times for cleaners to come back, and even then, they didn’t clean properly. The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, and overall, we will definitely never stay here again.

The most amazing view from our oceanfront room. Room service / daily cleaning was pretty poor given the standard of the hotel and cost of the stay - you definitely pay for the view and not the room. Great facilities and entertainment at the hotel. Room itself was quite dated.

Loved the atmosphere of this hotel. Loved the lobby and verandas. The only thing that needs updating is the pool lounge chairs. They were very old and worn out. Had No support and very uncomfortable. For the hotel charges, they should be better. Also only some of them had umbrellas

I’ve been to Oahu several times and this was the first time staying at Moana surfrider. This is the best of the best. Completely treated me like a boss. My family enjoyed every moment.
