Ok but will stay at a better rated hotel next time
We chose this hotel because of its location and proximity to the beach. I was disappointed by the fact of having to pay all the other add on fees and that they only cleaned the room once during our 4 day stay. No effort was made by hotel staff to help us with our bags as we were struggling to unload and then later load our 6 bags into our taxi. For the amount of “resort” fees we paid, I would expect some service.

Great location. They offer luggage storage and towels on your last day too so you can go to the beach that day too. Night shift staff was a little confusing, but they were polite .
