Wonderful Place to Stay

Wonderful place to stay. Dropped daughter off for college in Hawaii. This hotel was a perfect place because it is close to UH. Ocean view room was spectacular! We were gone most of the days but room was very comfortable to come back and rest. Beds were comfortable. This is our go to place when we come visit. Front desk was always super nice and welcoming!

My bed had a nasty stain on it. After 2 complaints to the hotel they finally addressed the issue. The stain looked like dried blood. It wasn’t a tiny stain, it was the size of my foot and I wear a 12 in men’s. Other than that property is pretty dope. There’s a ABC store attached to it, 5 minute walk to both the beach and zoo.

I gotta say, the staff is 5 star. The lobby is very nice and modern. My room though was outdated with a couple of tears in the blackout drapes, the stand up lamp needed to lean on the wall, if not it would fall. The A/C was noisy, more than normal. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to make the room or bring fresh towels… Not once. I wanted to enjoy the pool but it looked very dirty and didn’t want to bathe in that.

Construction noise but great location and rooms

Amazing stay only downfalls were the fire alarm at 5 o’clock in the morning and the construction that was very loud next to our room.
