Hotel was in a great central location very close to shops and walkable to the beach. The beds were the comfiest I had ever slept in and I really enjoyed our room. The best part of the hotel were the fantastic staff who made everyday better with their kindness and humour. Especially Joseph, Kelea, Kai and Archie.

Our manager was incredibly rude. He belittled me when I spoke to him and had zero safety procedures during our tsunami warning. They also require a $500 deposit, so be prepared for that. The pool is heated, not mentioned btw. And there were children on the property.

We have stayed multiple times in bigger properties beach side and we are so glad we found this gem! It is a smaller property and newly renovated. Less times to wait for valet parking, elevator, and front desk. So convenient just a minute walk over to International Market Place. We have stayed twice at Romer House over the past few months and the staff is great and friendly, from front desk, to the Lei Stand, and the valet! Our new favorite place to stay whenever we go to Waikiki 🙂

we always get the Junior suite but trouble is it’s very noisy on that side of the building because they drag race all night and people are fighting etc. Book a room pool side of the building if can

The tv was on the wall where you couldn't see it from the bed. Shoer if i needed or used my own soap, body wash etcetera had to put it one the shower floor. There's more but know i won't pick this hotel ag as in

We loved our stay at the Romer hotel! Ariel and Gerald from the front desk were both very kind and helpful in answering all of our touristy questions. The hotel offers bike rentals, which I thought was cool. We were able to rent their bikes any day and ride them to the beach! Everything is pretty much nearby since the Romer is in a centralized location. Only thing that I would suggest re-doing is the glass door in the shower. It caused so much water to spill but staff was not stingy with towels so it worked out, either way.
