This hotel staff were friendly and it was clean and convenient to everything! Food, shopping and the beach all a few steps away. The staff there made it like a small family atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were very friendly. Convenient location. The room is damp and chilly. Balcony door doesn't lock. I wouldn't stay here again, but only because of the noise from outside. Very busy area.

Overall, i think the area was realy convenient for everything like shopping, walking and getting food except for one rhing which was parking space. Still had a great experience thanks to the hotel and the staff.

For the price I paid, it’s about what you might expect. The bathrooms smell moldy (our fan didn’t work) and the coffee machine in the room did not work. Beds were comfy, and pool area: a great place to hang out. Staff are very helpful.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. I was not pleased with the room that we stayed in because it smelled like mildew & the towels we were given had stains. The bed sheets also had stains & felt not clean. We sucked it up because we didn’t have much of a choice, but the staff was very friendly so it was more of a property issue.

The room smells bad. The refrigerator is broken. The bed is not comfortable at all. the sheets are dirty. There is a lot of noise from the road in the room on the 1st floor. We stated that the room was bad and asked for it to be changed. The staff was not helpful at all. We couldn't sleep because of the noise for 3 nights. I will never go to this hotel again. And I don't recommend it to anyone.
